However, if you decide to withdraw from the Agreement,
you can return purchased Products free of charge within 14 days
from the date of their delivery without giving any reason.
Returned Products must be unused.
and have original, intact packaging.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
1.
Fill out the return form that you will download hence.
Print it and attach it to the package with the returned Products.
2.
Go to the website SzybkieZwroty.pl,
complete the required information, prepare the package
and send it to an InPost parcel locker,
using the shipping code received.
3.
After verification of the returned Products,
we will refund the funds using the same payment method,
which was selected when placing the order.
It usually takes no more than 1-2 days.
HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT?
1.
Fill out the complaint form that you can download hence.
Send it to the address kontakt@ruedeskin.com and wait for our response.
We will respond as soon as possible.
2.
If we ask you to send us the Product you are complaining about,
go to the website SzybkieZwroty.pl,
complete the required information, prepare the package
and send it to an InPost parcel locker using the shipping code you received.
3.
If, after thorough verification, we consider the complaint justified,
we will replace the complained Product with a new one or refund the funds.
